1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ro-Cleaner bot (the "Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot. These Terms apply to all users, including server administrators, moderators, and members.

2. Bot Purpose

The Bot is designed to assist server administrators and moderators with the detection and management of flagged or suspicious accounts on Discord. It operates by scanning user profiles, mutual servers, and messages to identify potential rule violations, including inappropriate content or behavior.

3. Use of the Bot

You may use the Bot for moderation purposes on Discord servers that you own or manage. By using the Bot, you agree to the following conditions:

• Use the Bot in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Refrain from using the Bot for any illegal or malicious activities.
• Do not modify, distribute, or resell the Bot without explicit permission from the developer.

4. User Responsibilities

As a server administrator or moderator using the Bot, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Informing your server members that a moderation bot is in use and may collect certain data for moderation purposes.
• Handling flagged accounts and content responsibly and in accordance with Discord’s policies.

You must also ensure that you have the necessary permissions to use the Bot within a server and to take action on flagged users.

5. Collected Data

The Bot may collect the following data as part of its moderation functions:

• Discord User IDs
• Server IDs
• Mutual guild (server) information
• Messages flagged for review
• Command interaction logs

All collected data is used solely for moderation purposes and is not shared with any third parties outside of the Bot's authorized developers and server administrators.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Bot:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Bot.
• Using the Bot to target, harass, or dox users.
• Using the Bot to collect data on users for purposes unrelated to moderation.
• Sharing or distributing flagged user data outside of the server.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in a ban from using the Bot and potential reporting to Discord for further action.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Bot is provided "as-is" and "as-available." The developer makes no warranties regarding the reliability, functionality, or availability of the Bot.

The developer is not responsible for:

• Actions taken by server administrators or moderators using the Bot.
• Any data loss or unauthorized access resulting from improper use of the Bot.
• The accuracy of flagged user data or messages.

8. Suspension and Termination

The Bot’s developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Abuse of the Bot’s features.
• Malicious or unauthorized use of the Bot.

Additionally, Discord may disable the Bot if it is found to be in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service or Developer Guidelines.

9. Updates to the Terms

The developer may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Bot after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or federal courts of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Arizona, United States.
