Invite Ro-Cleaner

Introduction

Ro-Cleaner is a Discord bot designed to assist server administrators and moderators in detecting and managing accounts that have been prominent in Condo servers / ERP activity.

Setting Up Ro-Cleaner

1. Invite the Bot: Use the following link to invite Ro-Cleaner to your server:

2. Assign Permissions: Ensure that Ro-Cleaner has the necessary permissions to scan messages and manage roles. This typically includes permissions such as 'Read Messages', 'Manage Messages', and 'Manage Roles'.
3. Configure Settings: Adjust the bot's settings to align with your server's moderation policies. This may include setting thresholds for flagging users and defining actions to be taken when suspicious activity is detected.

Commands

• /scan — Scans the server for users found in condo servers and generates a report.
• /banflagged — Bans all flagged users with a customizable ban reason. Run this once a week for best results.
• /autoban — Auto-scans every new member and bans them if flagged. Sends a notification.
• /setchannel — Sets the channel for `/autoban` notifications.
• /whitelist — Whitelist specific Discord user IDs for your server.
• /check — Displays a user’s message history from their condo servers. If it returns “User is not in any mutual guilds” but they’re still flagged, it means they were found in condo servers recently but have since left.

Quick Installation Steps

1. Open the invite link and add the bot to your server. Leave settings as-is.
2. Go to your server’s name → Server Settings.
3. IMPORTANT: Drag Ro-Cleaner’s role above any role you want it to be able to ban. If someone’s role is higher than the bot’s, it can’t ban them.

Troubleshooting

• Unknown Integration: Hit Ctrl + R to refresh Discord and try again.
• The application did not respond: Same fix as above. If it still doesn’t work, yell at Ruben on Twitter until it’s fixed.
• Failed to Ban: Make sure the bot’s role is higher in the server role list. Also make sure other bots aren’t interfering.
• You do not have the required permissions to use this command: Give yourself a role with “Administrator” and “Server Management” permissions. If that doesn’t help, kick the bot and re-invite it using the original link.
